The 46th edition of Chandigarh’s famous Rose Festival concluded on February 25. During the three day extravaganza, the city residents reached in huge numbers to embrace the serenic beauty of the flower show and other delicacies on offer. As per the official statement by the municipal corporation, more than two lakh people visited the flower festival this year.
Cultural performances and competitions marked the end of the three-day Rose Festival at Rose Garden, Sector 16, Chandigarh on Sunday. City mayor Davesh Moudgil and municipal commissioner Jitender Yadav distributed various prizes to the winners of the events on the concluding day of the fest.
Bollywood singer and composer Ankit Tiwari lured the audiences with his mesmerising music at Leisure Valley, located at Sector 10. The Rose Festival indeed left its mark on city residents.
