The fourth day of this pan Asian multi-sports event turned out to be a proof of how much power Indian women behold. With the perfect strike in the morning, Rahi Sarnobat became the first female Indian shooter by grabbing the victory and a gold medal in the 25m Air Pistol event at Asian Games.
Not ceasing the count of medals, the tally was increased by the four assured bronze medals in Wushu. The pride of the national games of India reached to its next level as the Indian hockey men team broke the 86-year old record and registered their biggest International win. they defeated Hong Kong with an astonishing score of 26-0. The day turned out to be good for tennis players as Rohan Bopanna-Divij Sharan in men’s doubles and Ankita Raina in women’s singles have assured India of two medals.
Hopes are on the cliffs of pride with 15 medals in the name of our county India!
